We could leave our luggage there when we arrived earlier than the check in time by a few hours - Water and tea dispenser available - 1 free ice cream per guest Sanrio theme: - Lots of merchandise for sale - You get to keep the room card (personalised with your name) as a souvenir. We also got a coaster and a lucky dip small item to bring home
